Terms of Service
These terms apply to the website at www.raybirdai.com (the “website”) and to the JARVIS application (“JARVIS”), both provided by Raybird AI (“Raybird AI”, “we”, “us”), a privately operated AI technology project. By using the website or JARVIS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. About JARVIS
JARVIS is a private AI operating system. It runs on its owner’s own computer and is not offered as a public service. Only people the owner authorizes, using devices the owner has paired, can use it. This website provides information about JARVIS; it does not give access to JARVIS, and there is no public sign-up.
2. Using this website
- You may view and share the website’s content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the website, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to gain access to any other system.
- The website’s design, text, logo and the Raybird AI and JARVIS names belong to Raybird AI and may not be reused in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
3. Authorized use of JARVIS
- JARVIS may be used only by its owner and people the owner authorizes, with accounts and data they have the right to use.
- Users must follow the terms of every service connected to JARVIS, such as Google, Slack, Shopify and Meta, and the usage policies of the AI providers it uses.
- JARVIS must not be used to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, access accounts or systems without permission, or get around logins, CAPTCHAs, rate limits or other technical protections.
4. Actions and approvals
JARVIS prepares work, such as drafts, reports, plans and proposed changes. Actions that affect anything outside JARVIS, including sending messages, changing a store or advertising account, publishing, or spending money, happen only after the owner explicitly approves them. The owner is responsible for the actions they approve.
5. AI output and no professional advice
JARVIS uses AI models, and AI output can be incomplete or wrong. JARVIS labels the sources of figures and states when information is unverified, but you should review important information before relying on it. JARVIS provides assistance with business operations, research and financial reporting. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice.
6. Third-party services
JARVIS can connect to services operated by others, including Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Slack, Shopify and Meta. Their own terms and privacy policies govern those services. Raybird AI is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them and is not responsible for their availability or conduct. How JARVIS handles information from these services is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how JARVIS accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes information, including Google user data. It is part of these terms.
8. Disclaimers
The website and JARVIS are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raybird AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from use of the website or JARVIS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website or JARVIS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
